These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of content, tools, and services provided by Got Clicks, LLC d/b/a Liminal Luna (“Liminal Luna,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including pages accessed via theliminalphase.com. By accessing or using Liminal Luna or The Liminal Phase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Service Liminal Luna is designed as a reflective, self-guided journaling and mindfulness tool. It offers prompts, audio reflections, and optional practices intended to support awareness and self-inquiry during periods of transition.

The Liminal Phase is the conceptual and educational foundation — offering language, context, and understanding of liminal experiences.

Liminal Luna is the compass — a practical tool to help you move through them.

2. Not Medical or Therapeutic Services Liminal Luna is not therapy and does not provide medical, psychological, or mental health services. The app does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you are experiencing distress or require professional support, please seek assistance from a qualified mental health or medical professional. Liminal Luna may be used alongside professional care, but it is not a substitute for such services.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Liminal Luna. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts & Access Some features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

5. Subscriptions & Billing Liminal Luna offers both free and paid subscription options, including Journey and Quest tiers. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through your app store provider or through liminalluna.com

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through your app store settings or through this website.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.

6. Journaling Content & Personal Reflections Your journal entries and reflections are yours alone. You retain ownership of your content. We do not sell, analyze, or use journal content for advertising, profiling, or AI training. You are responsible for the content you choose to write or upload.

7. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the app to: Violate any laws or regulations, harass, harm, exploit others, interfere with the app’s functionality or security, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. Any of these or other infractions may result you being banned from the website without any refund.

Intellectual Property All content, design, branding, text, audio, visuals, and materials within Liminal Luna and The Liminal Phase are owned by or licensed to Got Clicks, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. 9. External Products & Physical Journals Liminal Luna may offer optional physical products, such as journals or notebooks. These are supplemental tools and are not required to use the app. Use of physical tools (including pendulums or journals) is entirely optional and at your discretion.
